April 2020 Calgary City Centre Newsletter

The month of April has brought so many changes in our day to day lives. Classroom classes have changed to online classes, shaking hands have changed to social distancing, get-togethers have changed to Zoom and FaceTime talks. We hope this virus ends soon so that we all can return to our normal routines. April is a month of Spring and Easter. Best wishes to you and your family. Stay safe everyone!

Sarghi Sarghi

Sarghi is an MOA student and as per her instructor she is punctual, professional, prompt & precise., She has great potential to be a successful MOA.  She is always smiling and always willing to learn and she takes school very seriously.

New Director - Penni Kiss

Reeves 471 family welcomes their new director Penni Kiss with an open heart. Penni has been a pillar of the community and strong representative for Reeves in Lethbridge and looks to bring her 15 years of experience to Calgary CC.

Good Bye Ami!

Our best wishes are with our formal director when she is ready to explore new opportunities in the admissions department. We will miss you Ami.

Successful online sessions

All the faculty members are working from home and helping their students achieve their goals amid this pandemic. Students are at the comfort and safety of their home yet there is no compromise on their learning. Zoom is a very effective platform and features like screen share, poll and breakroom provide flexibility, and ease to deliver quality lectures.

Zoom webinars and training sessions for staff

There were two successful sessions in the middle of March for all the instructors in the month of March. Everyone is trained and taking their classes via zoom sucessfully.

Staff of the month

All the staff members of Reeves 471 deserve this title month. Every member of our Reeves family is trying their best to perform and adjust in best possible manner even when current scenarios are not as per their comfort zones. We believe everyone deserves this title for the month of April.
