Mental Health is ubiquitous. Everyone has a relationship with their emotions. No matter how good or bad your experiences have been, it can help to share them with your trusted circle. As social beings, we thrive on hearing each others’ stories and having a friendly ear to listen to ours. Knowing that someone else has been through something similar can inspire us and make us feel less alone.. Follow the hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory on FB, IG, & TikTok
