Student Council has created an online Chat group for Reeves North students to connect with each other and share their student experiences as well as create bonds with students, not in their specific programs or classes. The student council created all the rules and regulations for participation and monitors all conversations. It’s been very successful with new students joining daily.
If you’re inspired by the resources we’ve shared so far, now’s your chance to tell us. This July, we will be giving out a prize to one lucky employee per province who shares their story on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Share how you felt during the pandemic and lockdowns, how you’re feeling now that things seem to be opening up, what your daily self-care rituals are, or anything else! Make sure you use our hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory to be eligible for the contest.
Mental Health is ubiquitous. Everyone has a relationship with their emotions. No matter how good or bad your experiences have been, it can help to share them with your trusted circle. As social beings, we thrive on hearing each others’ stories and having a friendly ear to listen to ours. Knowing that someone else has been through something similar can inspire us and make us feel less alone. Follow the hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory on IG, FB & TikTok to share yours.
Welcome back to our second month of self-care here! As you know, we’ve made mental wellbeing a priority, and July is actually the month that kicks off the entire campaign. We are so excited to roll it out and hear more from you, our cherished community. Stay tuned for all the exciting initiatives we have coming up.
