Hot summer days call for a sweet, refreshing treat.
A day to reflect and take stock of what we are filling our lives with. This day is good for taking a step back and compartmentalizing what you need and do not need and this is not just limited to material possessions.
Take a photo at work and tell us about it for a chance to win a Reeves College swag bag up to $75 in value. You gain a double entry if you got hired in June or July. Full contest details can be found on our events page.

National Parents’ Day honors all parents on the fourth Sunday in July. No matter where our parents maybe, this day serves to celebrate their important role in our lives.
Welcome back to our second month of self-care here! As you know, we’ve made mental wellbeing a priority, and July is actually the month that kicks off the entire campaign. We are so excited to roll it out and hear more from you, our cherished community. Stay tuned for all the exciting initiatives we have coming up.
Mental Health is ubiquitous. Everyone has a relationship with their emotions. No matter how good or bad your experiences have been, it can help to share them with your trusted circle. As social beings, we thrive on hearing each others’ stories and having a friendly ear to listen to ours. Knowing that someone else has been through something similar can inspire us and make us feel less alone. Follow the hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory on FB, IG, & TikTok to share yours.
If you’re inspired by the resources we’ve shared so far, now’s your chance to tell us. This July, we will be giving out a prize to one lucky employee per province who shares their story on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Share how you felt during the pandemic and lockdowns, how you’re feeling now that things seem to be opening up, what your daily self-care rituals are, or anything else! Make sure you use our hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory to be eligible for the contest.
